My years as a professor allowed me to pass that passion forward, designing new programs, mentoring the next generation of artists, and leading DEI initiatives that fostered inclusion and representation in higher education.

I am now an arts administrator and strategic leader, directing teams, managing budgets, curating seasons, and implementing systems that improve audience engagement and revenue growth.
