About Me
Since then, I've worked in arts administration at Jacob's Pillow, Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, and Barrington Stage Company, where I now direct guest services and sales. At Barrington, I increased revenue by more than $200,000 in a single season and negotiated venue rentals. At Jacob's Pillow, I designed a ticket-insurance program that protects outdoor performance revenue from weather cancellations.
I also help lead outreach for Dance Data Project, where I secured $100,000 to build DDP PRO, a free, searchable platform where companies and venues can find female-identifying choreographers, composers, designers, and directors. I consult with arts organizations on ticketing and data systems, sales forecasting, and leadership transitions.
I lead performing arts organizations by managing what keeps them running: revenue, people, systems, and partnerships. My career began on stage, including national and international tours of A Chorus Line, West Side Story, and Show Boat, and I'm a member of the Actors' Equity Association.
I then spent eight years at Northern Kentucky University, where I directed the BFA Dance Track as a tenured associate professor, grew the program from 4 to 35 majors, and served as strategic lead on a $1.5 million campaign for a new facility.
