I partner with leadership teams to design retreats and workshops that align strategic vision and build cultures where creativity and execution meet. My approach centers on three things: people, process, and performance.
At Barrington Stage Company, I restructured a team of more than 20 around a mentorship-first model and kept 100% of mid-level staff. I also built a staff training program and third-party partnerships that raised earned-revenue conversion and strengthened volunteer engagement. At Northern Kentucky University, I presented in the Leadership Academy and served as a faculty mentor and team facilitator.
Data Analysis & Sales Projections
I help organizations look past the rows on spreadsheets and see the story their numbers are telling. I combine historical trend analysis with forecasting so teams can make better decisions about programming, ticket sales, and revenue goals.
At Barrington, auditing misallocated ticket revenue and introducing dynamic pricing increased revenue by more than $200,000 in a single season, and the 10x10 New Play Festival earned $149,707 against a $90,000 goal. I also directed the migration of more than 100,000 patron and donor records from Tessitura to Spektrix, with a unified data structure and standardized reporting across departments.
Interim Leadership & Arts Administration
Leadership transitions are fragile, and they are also a chance to reset. When I step in as an interim leader or consultant, I keep daily operations running, support staff and artists, and clean up workflows so the next permanent executive inherits an organized, healthy organization.

I joined Barrington as a consultant during a period of fundamental organizational change, built a one-year roadmap to guide the company through a leadership gap, and was ultimately hired full-time. At Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, I kept the donor relations department running with two staff in place of four during a restructure.
