Since 2024, I've directed guest services and sales at Barrington Stage Company, a Tony Award-winning regional theatre, leading a team of more than 20 across box office, ticketing, sales, and front of house. Before that, I ran patron services at Jacob's Pillow and donor relations at Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, and I still help lead outreach for Dance Data Project and run my own consultancy.

Increased revenue by more than $200,000 in a single season at Barrington through pricing changes and a revenue audit
Led the migration of more than 100,000 patron and donor records from Tessitura to Spektrix
Designed a tiered ticket-insurance program at Jacob's Pillow that protected outdoor performance revenue from weather cancellations
Secured more than $225,000 in gifts and grants at Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, including a $75,000 NEA grant
Helped secure $100,000 to build DDP PRO for Dance Data Project
Adjudicate for the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (the Jimmy Awards) and the Ovation Awards

For eight years, I directed the BFA Dance Track at Northern Kentucky University as a tenured associate professor, before which I held faculty positions at the University of Memphis, Colorado Mesa University, and the University of California, Irvine, where I earned my MFA in Arts Administration and Choreography, Summa Cum Laude, in 2009.

Grew NKU's dance program from 4 to 35 majors, taking annual performances from one to three and program box office revenue from $2,550 to $7,650
Served as strategic lead on a $1.5 million capital campaign that funded a new dance studio, opened in 2019
Designed the university's and region's first BFA in Dance Education, approved in 2021
Choreographed and directed more than a dozen productions, including at Wright State University and the University of Memphis
Coordinated a weeklong Paul Taylor Dance Company residency reaching more than 300 students and 100 local high schoolers
Presented research at national conferences including Women in Dance, the American College Dance Association, and the National Dance Education Organization; published in the Journal of Dance Education (2022)

I spent this decade as a professional performer, touring nationally and internationally and performing at regional theatres across the country.
